Shipping
The flat rate for ground shipping is $4.95 anywhere in the continental US (or $7.95 for Priority Mail). Orders are typically shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and sent via the USPS. You will be sent a tracking number when your product(s) ship. Unfortunately, at this time we are not set up to ship products outside of the US. Note that we are unable to ship to a PO Box.
Returns
Products purchased from our online store can be returned for a refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving your product(s). To arrange a refund, please contact us using the form below. Please note: Products that have been physically damaged (beyond what's reasonably required to wire and install them) or modified are not eligible for a refund. DO NOT send products back without contacting us first.
Warranty
Black Ice Boost and Black Ice Distort are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase. Pots, switches and other accessories are warranted for 90 days. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or improper installation, nor does it cover incidental or consequential damages.
To obtain warranty service, U.S customers should contact us using the form below, and include a pdf copy of their bill of sale. DO NOT send product back without contacting us first. Warranty is valid only in the USA. Customers outside the US should contact their local distributor.
Please note that while we love to hear from our customers, we are unable to respond to requests for custom wiring diagrams or questions regarding unique custom installations. Alternatively, we recommend that you utilize the services of a qualified guitar technician/repair person in your area.
